A Note from the Founder
I believe there is a place for people who have more to offer.
I built Annvéra because I believe there is more to good support than getting the work done.
I've always believed there are incredibly capable people who simply need the right opportunity—the right environment, the right people around them, and the space to show what they can do.
Annvéra is my way of creating some of that space.
I want to build a company where capable people can find their place, bring what they're good at to the table, learn what they don't yet know, and grow into what they're capable of becoming.
At the same time, I wanted to build something that genuinely helps businesses. Because the right person can make a business feel lighter—not just by completing tasks, but by understanding the work, taking ownership, and becoming someone the business can rely on.
That's why Annvéra is built around both sides of the relationship: the businesses we support and the people who support them. We want to create opportunities for people who are more than qualified to contribute, while giving businesses access to capable people they can trust.
I don't expect Annvéra to have all the answers from the beginning. I want it to be a company that keeps learning—alongside our clients, our Angels, and everyone who becomes part of it.
Because sometimes, finding the right place is all someone needs to realize how much they have to offer.
